FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How do I make a reservation? FRESH, a Mobile Bistro, takes reservations by phone, website, Facebook and OpenTable.
Where is Fresh, A Mobile Bistro located? Everything about the Fresh dining experience is unique. during the winter months we primarily are at the restaurant but special arrangements can be arranged.
How long does the dinner last? Please allow two hours for the full dining experience. We carefully plan our menu and share the details of each course.
What if I am running late? Dinner starts promptly at the designated time. To not distract from the dining experience, we ask that you please call before the dinner start time if you are running late so we can plan accordingly.
Do you serve alcohol? You may enjoy a beverage on our patio before or after dinner, if located at the restaurant.
Can I reserve a table for three? The intimate dining style we offer on Fresh allows us to book tables for two. Please contact Fresh if you have an odd number in your party.
Do you take walk-ins? Due to our limited space on the bus, we do not take walk-ins for our dinners. When available, we will post open tables and reservation times on Facebook and Twitter.
How big are the booths? Our booths are designed for an intimate dining experience. On the driver’s side of the bus, our booth’s offer 35″ of seating space on the other side they offer 25″. The space between the chair and the table is 13″.
Does FRESH have a cancellation policy? We’re committed to providing superior services to our customers. To assist us in this endeavor we require 48-hour notice of cancellation otherwise, we reserve the right to charge your credit card the full menu price. Is there a dress code? Although there is no dress code most of our customers dress business casual.
Do you have handicap accessibility? Unfortunately, there is no handicap accessibility to the interior of the bus. However, we also do events that have outdoor seating that can accommodate everyone and our restaurant is equipped with accessibility.
Can you accommodate specific dietary restrictions? Each plate is freshly made to order by our Chef. If we know upon your reservation that you have restrictions we will happily create a dish that suits your needs.
Please note: Our kitchen uses wheat, egg, soybean, tree nuts, milk, peanuts, fish, shellfish and many other possible allergens. Please be aware that normal operations involve shared cooking and preparation areas. The possibility exists for food items to come in contact with other food products. Due to these circumstances, we are unable to guarantee that any menu items can be completely free of allergens.
